We charge fixed fees for some of our services, and fees for work done for others. Where possible if we cannot offer fixed fees, we provide fee estimates.

Our process

All our matters start with a meeting for you with one of our solicitors. We do this so we can understand your needs, give you preliminary advice about your matter, and so you decide whether we are the right lawyers for you. We usually meet our clients in our offices, by telephone or video, and we can meet at a location convenient to you, including your home. 

We may provide you with an online checklist so you can give us some of the basic information we need in an accurate format, and to guide you about the documents you may need to bring with you to our meeting.

We keep you informed about your matter as progresses, and you may contact us by phone or email at any time.
