Probate & Estate Administration

Death is a natural part of life.

It is inevitable, but even when death is expected, the loss of a family member can be devastating.

Being an executor is a massive responsibility, and for many it can feel overwhelming, and a little scary.

We are privileged to assist hundreds of families with administration of deceased estates. That can include applying for grants of representation (probate), “calling in” the deceased person’s assets, finalising their affairs, and distributing to their intended beneficiaries. We work with you to work out what you can do, and what you need help with; for example, getting probate or a grant of letters of administration, if that is necessary.

We have extensive experience in complex probate matters, where the will or administration is not straightforward, or where there are wills in other states or countries.
